Don’t compare yourself to others.

This can be difficult, but we need to keep in mind that we are completely different people than those we are comparing ourselves to—we have completely different perspectives. Comparing ourselves to others will only result in decreased self esteem and increased anxiety.

Prayer and Meditation are simple things you can do which will help you to ease your mind and find strength. When you are feeling overwhelmed with nervousness or anxiety, just take a few minutes and connect. Clear your mind of all your troubles and concentrate on something positive and let go. In doing so, you will feel stronger, at peace and in a better frame of mind.

  • Declutter the things in your life that you don’t need anymore.
  • Develop one healthy habit every month.
